Exchange supervision
Institutional oversight of compliance with exchange and market rules.
Exchange supervision supports orderly trading, transparent prices and the investigation of possible breaches. It complements supervision of banks, issuers and market abuse. It does not eliminate investment losses, but helps enforce disclosure duties, trading rules and sanctions for manipulation or insider dealing.
