Distributing ETF

ETF that pays income such as dividends or interest to investors periodically.

A distributing ETF collects income from its holdings and pays it out under the fund rules. The payment is not an extra gain on top of performance because the fund value falls by the distributed amount. It can still suit investors who want regular cash flow or to use income separately.
