Bollinger Bands
Volatility based indicator bands around a moving average.
Bollinger Bands consist of a 20-period SMA and two bands that are typically two standard deviations apart. Narrow bands signal low volatility (“squeeze”), wide bands signal high volatility. They are suitable for identifying outbursts and exaggerations.
