2024 has taught us that fluctuations in the markets not only present challenges, but also great opportunities. The resilience and growth we see in the statistics of this blog makes us proud and shows that the journey towards financial independence is achievable for all of us!

More wars and conflict
Politically, the year was more grueling than usual: a number of trouble spots emerged again this year, causing suffering and misery among the people and repeatedly affecting many innocent people who actually just want to live peacefully and in freedom: Syria, Israel and Ukraine – just to name three of the best-known names. Active support and aid packages worth billions are needed to mitigate the damage caused by the times. Above all, however, peace is finally needed.
The dispute within the traffic light coalition of SPD, Greens and FDP finally came to an end in November, the government is history and the population will have to cast their vote again in February. It is already becoming clear that it will be a dirty election campaign that will revolve less around content and more around accusations and allegations. We will not let this stop us from continuing and always standing up for our values and ideas. We must constantly defend our liberal democracy and freedom of expression. The wish from last year therefore remains unchanged.
